We need two views:

Front view of your entire stomach

Side view of your entire stomach

If possible, ask someone else to take the photos for you, or take the photo from farther away so your whole stomach is visible.

Do not pinch or pull the skin in the photos.
Because of high interest and strict requirements, only those who provide both and are available during October–December for surgery will be considered.
Please refrain from calling our site as our team carefully reviews all submissions.
