Psoriatic Arthritis
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Participants must not have previously received prescription medication for psoriatic arthritis (i.e. Methotrexate, Humira, Enbrel, etc) .
- Participants must not have been diagnosed with any other inflammatory joint disease other than Psoriatic Arthritis (i.e. Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gout, Lyme disease, etc).

Chronic Low Back Pain
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Participants must on around-the-clock prescription pain medication for their low back pain.
- Participants must not have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

Chronic Nonmalignant and Nonneuropathic Pain
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Participants must not have been diagnosed with cancer.
- Participants must not have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

High Cholesterol
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Participants need to have a history of high cholesterol and taking either Simvastatin, Rosuvastatin, Atorvastatin or Ezetimibe/Simvastatin.

Osteoarthritis of the Knee
- Participants must be between the ages of 40 - 85 years old.
- Participants must not have any unresolved litigation, disability or worker's compensation claims as a result of their knee pain.
- Participants must not have had any history of gastric surgery.

Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Pain
- Participants must be at least 18 yrs of age or older.
- Diagnosed with Type I or II Diabetes.
- Have been diagnosed with painful neuropathy in both lower extremities at least 6 months ago.
