We are currently enrolling patients for the following clinical research studies: Osteoarthritis of the Knee (Pain in only ONE knee) Participants must be at least 35 years of age or older. Participants must have pain present in one knee for at least 6 months. Participants must be postmenopausal. Participants must not be taking morphine or other opiates on a chronic basis. Participants must on around-the-clock prescription pain medication for their low back pain. Participants must not have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Participants must have pain at least 3. Participants must not have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Participants need to have a history of high cholesterol and taking either Simvastatin, Rosuvastatin, Atorvastatin or Ezetimibe/Simvastatin. Participants must not have any unresolved litigation, disability or worker's compensation claims as a result of their knee pain.  Participants must not have had any history of gastric surgery. Diagnosed with Type I or II Diabetes. Have painful neuropathy in both lower extremities for the last 6 months.
